Braestar apples are bicolored with thin skins that have a red-to-orange blush and red stripes. They have a balanced sweet-tart flavor with a hint of cinnamon. Their flesh is crisp, juicy, and cream to yellow in color.

Cortland apples are bright red with dark red streaks and often have a green blush. They have a juicy, crisp, white flesh with a sweet-tart flavor. Slow to brown.
EverCrisp is a Honeycrisp x Fuji cross. It is blush, a dull red only a bit brighter and more orange than brick, covers spring green. The lenticel dots are bold and mingle with small patches and streaks of russet. The apples are large, classically shaped though a little blocky, and moderately ribbed. They are rock hard and bear no aroma at all. Inside, coarse yellow flesh brings an explosive crunch, a ton of sweetness, and a boatload of juice.
Gala (Brookfield and Bagient) apples have thin yellow to orange skin with light red highlights. Their flesh is dense, crisp and creamy yellow with a mild sweet flavor. Galas tend to be taller than they are wide.

Super Red Fuji apples have a light red skin with a yellow blush, often with red stripes. Fujis’ flesh is dense, crisp, juicy and very sweet, with a creamy white color. Fujis are medium to large apples.
