    • Dog Friendly - Pets are welcome with a $50 fee per stay.
      • 1 dog must be under 70 pounds and kenneled if left in the guest suite unattended

      Terms and Conditions

      Once confirmed, reservations are subject to the following terms:

      • Check-in is at 3:00pm
        • Earlier Check-in by prior arrangement only
        • Entry is through smart lock
      • Check-out is at 11:00am
        • Late check-out will be charged an additional night
        • Local sheriff will oversee eviction of squatters
      • Cancellation Policy
        • Reservations canceled at least 14 days in advance will receive a full refund
        • Reservations canceled at least 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund
        • Reservations canceled at least 3 days in advance will receive credit toward a future booking
        • Reservations canceled within 3 days will not receive a refund
      • Smoking Policy
        • Smoking is prohibited at all times
        • A $300 cleaning and fumigation fee will be added for smoking on the premises
        • Violators will be asked to vacate the premises
        • Refund will not be given to violators who are asked to vacate
      • Damage Deposit
        • A damage deposit of $500 will held on your credit card
        • Hold will be released upon inspection of premises after checkout
        • Damages will be deducted from deposit and damages in excess of deposit wil be charged to the credit card
