Walk the property’s 2000 tree Apple Orchard or hike the 10 miles of trails at the adjacent 1,000 acre Witkowsky State Wildlife Area.

- Dog Friendly - Pets are welcome with a $50 fee per stay.
- 1 dog must be under 70 pounds and kenneled if left in the guest suite unattended

Terms and Conditions
Once confirmed, reservations are subject to the following terms:
- Check-in is at 3:00pm
- Earlier Check-in by prior arrangement only
- Entry is through smart lock
- Check-out is at 11:00am
- Late check-out will be charged an additional night
- Local sheriff will oversee eviction of squatters
- Cancellation Policy
- 100% if canceled at least 3 days before arrival
- 50% if canceled at least 2 days before arrival
- 0% refundable if canceled after
Payment
Total booking fee is required to make a reservation.
Privacy Policy
All personal information captured during the reservation process will be held by Orchard Landing Farms and will not be sold, shared, or otherwise disseminated to any party outside of the banks used to process the financial transaction(s) associated with the reservation
